Favorite TV shows

Here are a few of my favorite TV shows (I'm sure I'll think of some more later on but right now, these are the ones I can think of):

The Cosby show: I used to love watching that show. I actually remember the first time I saw an episode, it was on Abu Dhabi Channel 2 (we didn't have Orbit or Showtime back then, and there were only 3 channels: Abu Dhabi 1's Arabic shows, Abu Dhabi 2's English shows, and Dubai's Channel 33 which now became One TV)

Three's Company: The first time I saw this show was in Vienna at my uncle's place. He had recorded a few episodes, and my siblings and I could not stop watching! We'd watch the same few episodes over and over and over again. I should try to look for episodes I've never seen before.

Charles in charge: I think I just had a crush on Scott Baio. The show was good too...well, back then it was good. Keep in mind that I was probably around 11-12 years old when I watched that show.

Mind your language: One of the funniest shows ever! I recently discovered that there are DVDs of this show and bought all the ones that were available. And I still laugh out loud at some of the episodes.

Friends: I can safely say that I have seen every single episode of Friends. And that I have seen many of them several times. When the show was still on, we'd sit and watch Friends every Thursday night at 8PM. Religiously. It was sacred.

Sex and the City: One of the best shows I have ever seen. Funny, witty and smart with great acting. This was a show that pushed the envelope. I can also safely say that I have seen every single episode of Sex and the City.

ER: I miss this show so much. Ever since I moved to Dubai, I haven't seen a single new episode. I have caught a few of the older episodes, when George Clooney was still on the show, but not the newer ones. I don't even know if the newer episodes are airing here.

Lost: This show is really good. Every episode ends with a cliffhanger that keeps you coming back for more. Season 2 started off slow, but now it's picked up again and the last couple of episodes were amazing!

Oprah: She is the queen of talk shows. I love watching her and I really think that she is an inspiration to all women.

OK that's all I can think of right now. Now your turn. What are your favorite shows?

As far series go, I think you got most of them. I used to watch "Roseanne" and "The Golden Girls" as well. "Cosby" is a classic. I also like "Seinfeld" I must say.

I really like "Grey's Anatomy" these days - I watch it every week and fortunately for me, it plays on Sundays, a day I rarely go out - therefore I don't miss my show!

When I live in Paris, I got hooked to(DON'T LAUGH): Bay Watch, Knight Rider and Charles in Charge ALL IN FRENCH!!! I can't believe I'm saying this.

Ohhh, Ohhh what about the "Love Boat"? and ALLY McBEAL! How could I have forgotten that...

Ok - now y'all know I watch too much TV

Do you folks get to see "24"? Amazing series.

Yep, 'Lockdown' was one of the best episodes ever. The ticker turning to red, the doors crashing down, and how Fenry became Henry for one episode!
You gotta include 'The Wonder Years', long running show, with unforgettable narrative interludes.

Lockdown was one of the best episodes of the season. I can't wait till the episode comes out.

Chazoo, I never really saw Love Boat.

And Ally McBeal was good but towards the end it really got annoying.

I also used to like Baywatch, but I wouldn't qualify it as one of my favourite shows.

Seinfeld is OK when I catch it, but I am not a Seinfeld addict.

The two shows that I have yet to get into but I have't seen any episodes of are "24" and "The Sopranos". Everyone who's seen them says they are amazing, so I gotta get my hands on the DVDs.

Oh, and I've recently started watching Prison Break, and it's pretty good.

Yes, I watch a lot of TV too :)

Magnum P.I. Probably cause of the Ferrari and the whole big mansion in Oahu,
Baywatch although i suspect that the sight of david hasslehoff has left a scar but you get yasmine bleeth so its a fair trade.
The Dukes of Hazard,
Steve Austin and i got to say i inflicted some damage on myself for firmly believing i can do what he does.
Dream On .
Married with children.
MacGyver

Yeah yeah im a tv junkie

LOL...me too..for some reason, both didn't interest me. Maybe I watched the worst episodes.

What about last weeks? Didn't the last 5 mins drop your jaw to the floor? You never knew what was coming when Michael said "I'm sorry".

Btw, would you be knowing anyone who has the 1st season of LOST (7 DVDs), I'd love to buy a copy if someones willing..

Archer...haven't seen last week's episode yet. I can't wait.

As for the 1st season of Lost, I don't know anyone who has the DVD's. If anyone reading this is willing to sell them to Archer, then feel free to leave a message here.

Oh you can d/l it, you get HDTV rips, not regular transmission @ 350MB per episode.
Have you bought "Bad Twin" by Gary Troup, which all of our Losties are presently reading?
Thanks sunshine, I'll also post the same on my blog. My sis is dying to watch it!
