Question

How does one add links to posts using a Mac?

I've recently become the proud owner of a Mac after the sad demise of my old laptop. So far so good, but I can't figure out the link thing (CTRL+SHIFT+A doesn't work with Mac). So I'm asking for the help of other Mac users out there....Any tips?

Typically the Command button (the one next to space, with an Apple on it) does the same as Control in Windows.

Tell me more about what you want to do. For me, with Mac and Firefox, I just click on the Link icon in the Blogger create post page.

You're also welcome to post your question at www.emiratesmac.com, the only Apple User Group in the UAE.

I am using Safari and am trying to link to another page in a post. With a PC, I'd simply select the words I want to appear as a link, and then click CTRL+ALT+A, and type the link in the box.

I've tried doing the same with Mac, even using the Command button, but it's not working.

So... select the text you want to make into a link, click the link icon, type in the URL... done... ? or?

So what made you opt for the Mac? This old dog can't learn a new trick like that.

You see how Macs are useless piece of shits with just fancy designs and high price tags, that you can't even add a link :)

Switch back to windows

....long live Windows and Bill!

I've been a PC user all my life and now that's I've switched to Mac (it's been 3 weeks) I can understand why people rant and rave about them :)
